Joker never dies. Well, he does, but he keeps jumping bodies. With the absence of anti-ghost technology, only a ghost can kill another ghost in the DC universe.
After being murdered during an Arkham breakout, Joker jumps into the Red Hood. Much to his surprise, he is violently repelled AND, for the first time since his death, he is damaged by the brat's toys.
Where did those swords even come from?!
