Asks: I'm back, I guess, but.. Homestuck isn't?

Wrong coast, my friend.  I've never been anywhere near a hurricane.

However, I noticed last night (when I went to finally read all those updates I've missed) that mspa was down, and it appears to be down still.  Hurricane-related, I imagine?  I can't really write anything Homestuck-related without, y'know.. Homestuck.

Is the stuff about symbols directly connected to the stuff about apples?  Did Rose actually allude to the Garden of Eden or to Adam and Eve?  If so, I'm going to have to write that gnostic-themes-and-Homestuck post (which will be a complete reworking/retooling and expansion of the Breath/pneuma post I deleted yet still get mail about) and.. that's pretty daunting to think about. 

So, uh.. I suppose I'll try writing something about Homestuck after the mspa servers come back up?  In the meantime...

Did you know Homestuck theories and GW2 can be combined?  The hypothetical Sburb titles of the 'human gods' aren't hard to work out... (Their session would be a weird one - they'd have no Time player, and probably two separate Sylphs.)

Over my Halloween hiatus, I joined the Priory with one of my characters.  Now I'm often greeted with 'May your theories always be sound!'

what's one of your favorite childhood memories?

Ahhh... there's a lot of good potential answers for this. For whatever reason, I distinctly remember playing Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages on my lime green gameboy color (which I still have) while watching Mike Lu and Og on cartoon network at like 6 or 7 in the morning. Oooh, another good one is the time one of the walls of my room was getting painted so my furniture was pulled away from it and I was playing FF7 on it, so now when I smell wet paint I get a strong desire to play FF7....... Or maybe my first time through Chrono Trigger, and how it was honestly my gateway into "real" RPGs, as prior to that I only played Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest and Super Mario RPG... Yeah I could go on and on. :x

I'm just really worried about character interactions because Terezi is kinda a touchy character and like I do not know the people that I have a high chance of interacting with and what if they don't like me

Also what gets notes on tumblr is pretty random and doesn't actually reflect quality, the guy's fans will reblog anything he posts at this rate, and now your song is getting exposure to people who don't read Homestuck, keep working hard and kick ass!

i guess that's true. i'm just feeling really angsty lately 'cause everything i'm trying to do and accomplish just refuses to cooperate and for a long time i've been under a lot of stress from a lot of different angles. sometimes things just get under your skin after a while.
