ghostcollective is shitty, yea, but not for feral art. it's not real and I'm so tired of seeing zoophile being watered down. art isn't illegal even if you don't like the contents.
if someone has a serial killer oc that they love, then are they automatically a serial killer??
Banith got banned for suicide baiting and you can see the comment Banith left on ghostcollectives stuff on page 8 of this link at the very bottom. Banith says they've never suicide baited before but telling someone "please remove yourself from this earth" is literally telling someone to kill themselves. and then, on. page 9 at the bottom, Engel says that telling someone to off themselves isn't as bad as feral nsfw, but like.. yea it's feral nsfw which can raise suspicions but it's not solid proof they're a zoophile and you shouldn't go around telling people to kill themselves cause they draw shit you don't like.
again, not saying ghostcollective ISNT shitty, but they're shitty for harassment, breaking TOS out of spite, and drawing revenge porn. not because they drew fake animals screwing. if they were actively harming irl animals, yes. but we have no evidence that they are.
you can find content in fiction disgusting, gross, abhorrent, whatever you'd like, but that doesn't mean it's okay to tell people to fucking kill themselves.
Slasher didn't deserve to have their terms broken and disregarded, Ghost is shitty for the stuff they've done and deserve to be banned for that
this argument should be about how it looks like cub, how Ghost has disregarded TOS, and is doing all of this out of spite now, and continually breaking TOS to harm creators. seeking out people who don't like specific content to make that kind of content towards them isn't okay. this didn't need to spiral into telling people to kill themselves OR into pro vs anti debate. it should've been a report, block, move on kind of situation. as most shit in the forums are. nowadays.

Art can be illegal.
"Under the Protect Act of 2003, obscene images depicting minors are considered child porn. While loli does not depict actual children, the act was passed to make virtual child porn illegal. Since lolicon depicts an identifiable minor engaging in sexually explicit situations, it violates federal law."
While that doesn't cover feral art, you did say "art isn't illegal even if you don't like the contents", and you are wrong.
On the subject of the drama mentioned, whoever showed SlasherFilm the NSFW should be banned from toyhou.se for allowing a minor to access NSFW they should not have had access to. While I don't agree with feral porn, GhostCollective does have everything marked properly, which doesn't allow minors to see the content. SlasherFilm should not be sharing these images either, as their thread is not mature locked, and they're allowing other minors to possibly see the feral content - it doesn't matter if it's censored.
