One lost dog

Carla, currently wandering the streets in her civilian apparel, quietly strolled past one of Miracle City's infamous dark alleys. A few seconds after passing she stopped in her tracks. Did she just see what she thought she saw? The red-head turned around to look back down said alley, finding a glowing, green puppy sitting there, wagging its tail that appeared to be made of a green flame. This was certainly abnormal, even for Miracle City standards. "Um... Hi?" She said, confused by the dog's unusual appearance.

Vlad flinched when he heard the barking. Looking down he noticed a ghost-dog. “How did you get here?” he growled. “Go away! Shoo! I don’t like dogs!” first that giant black monstrosity, now this? He just hoped they stayed away from his cats.
