what i find crazy about the us is how so many politicians can say really, really racist/sexist/homophobic stuff and get away with it. in the uk, some politicians will say shit like that, but theres usually enough of an outcry that they'll resign straight away. i feel like american politicians can say super outrageous stuff and they seem to get away with it more than in europe??
