Hearing on the news about a masked killer on the loose being warned to stay safe and keep your doors locked. Calling your dear friend Ellie asking her to come over because you’re just so scared all alone😣. With all the anxiety you feel you opt to sit on the couch with Ellie watching a movie to distract your wandering mind, when something in your peripheral catches your eye. Looking in through your window is the same masked figure described on the news. Terrified you cry out to Ellie but as you look back at the window the only thing you see is your own shocked expression reflecting back at you. Ellie does her best to sooth you promising it was all in your head, but you aren’t so convinced that what you saw was simply your imagination. It’s not but five minuets later that you hear a crash coming from the next room over, looking to Ellie the two of you go to investigate. You go to find that one of your windows has been shattered and as you turn your head that’s when you see them. The masked figure Ellie had convinced you was in your head was there towering over you. Cowering in fear you start to back away reaching for Ellie as your back hits her front. But even as you push her to move she won’t, unmoving like a brick wall behind you. You look back in confusion going to grab Ellie and encourage her to run with you only before you can her arms warp around your middle locking you in place. The look on your face has turned back to one of fear as you begin to struggle and question what is going on? It’s then that Ellie leans to whisper “don’t worry baby she’s a friend”
