Hi, friends! Monster Improv is my new/old* project to offer classes, produce shows, and connect & collaborate with ppl and orgs who are doing great things. The first big thing from Monster (with a whole lot of help): the return of GHOSTFEST 👻🎉 This is the first in-person #GHOSTFEST — the ridiculous marathon of improv shows that started in 2011 — in three years? Omg, three years! It’ll be Saturday, October 15th, and Sunday, October 16th at @trunkspace in Downtown #Phoenix. Submissions for shows, teams, weird (but entertaining) improv experiments, and ideas for jams are open until Sunday, October 2nd on a rolling basis. To quote Jerry Reed in Smokey and the Bandit, we’ve got a long way to go and a short time to get there. But it’s gonna be great! And ridiculous! And exhausting! Hope you’ll keep an eye out for what I’m doing with Monster Improv, especially GHOSTFEST. I’ll probably be annoying and posting incessantly about both. It’s fine; they won’t all be this long (mostly lol) and FB & Insta love hiding posts from your feeds anyway. That’s wack. But you’re not and I hope to see you around! *Monster Improv’s been marinating since 2010. @ninkyphx and I have been sitting on this logo since 2011!
