These Halloween marshmallows are not only adorable but also delicious! Perfect for a spooky-themed party or as a fun treat for kids. The white chocolate coating and candy eyes give them a ghostly appearance, making them a hit at any Halloween gathering.
Ingredients: 1 bag of marshmallows 10 oz. 1 cup white chocolate chips. Black gel food coloring. Candy eyes. Black decorating icing. Parchment paper. Lollipop sticks.
Instructions: Prepare a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. About halfway through, insert lollipop sticks into each marshmallow. Melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between, until smooth. Melt some white chocolate, then stir in a few drops of black gel food coloring until you get a ghostly gray hue. Coat approximately two thirds of each marshmallow with the gray chocolate by dipping it in it. Let any dripping chocolate fall back into the bowl. After dipping the marshmallows, place them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. While the chocolate is still wet, quickly attach the candy eyes to create ghost faces. To make the marshmallows slightly harder, let them sit for a few minutes. Create eerie mouths and other details on the ghosts by drawing them with black decorating icing. Give the marshmallows about half an hour to fully set and cool. Your Candy Dipped Ghoster Roaster - Halloween Marshmallows are prepared for serving and consumption once the candy coating solidifies.
