Check it out...there will be a Ghost Pepper Pilsner called Pacaya (named after an active volcano 🌋 in Guatemala) at the festival thanks to Solid Ground Brewing out of Diamond Springs, CA (outside of Placerville). They started by brewing a traditional Bohemian-style pilsner and then they infused a Ghost Pepper blend into the brew. It creates a heat that builds with every sip. Pacaya has aromas and flavors of citrus, pepper and smoke with underlying notes of a crisp pilsner. 🍺 🍺 Get it exclusively at The Pepper Festival THIS Saturday in Auburn (11am to 8pm).
