1~ Have you ever had a magical experience? What was it?

I have had many magical experiences. One of them was when I was looking at my reflection in a mirror, and I saw a fairy fluttering above my shoulder.. 

2~ Strangest or best thing that you have ever been gifted and/or gifted to another person?

I'm not sure that I've ever given or received a "strange" gift.. And as for the best gift I have given or received, to be honest I have no idea. ^ ^;;

3~ What blog inspires you most creatively?

Oh, there are so many people on Tumblr that inspire me~!!  

But, I suppose the one that is inspiring me most at the moment is sleepyberry.

4~ Who are your most lusted after fictional characters?

Well, I wouldn't say that I "lust" after any of them, but I am rather fond of:

Fred and George Weasley, Fitzwilliam Darcy, the Asahina brothers (BroCon), Bill Weasley, Atreyu (The Neverending Story), Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch's interpretation), Edmond Pevensie, Legolas, Aragorn, Boris Airay (Alice in the Country of Hearts)… And many more I can't think of at the moment!

5~ If you could bottle the flavor of something, absolutely anything (like the “flavor” of a smell…or memory, im thinkin out of the box here, lol), what would it be?

If one could bottle the scent of a cool summer night, that would be heaven for me. 

6~ What is the most aesthetically pleasing film you have ever watched?

Ooh, this is a tough one! It's between Howl's Moving Castle and Kiki's Delivery Service. 

7~ Favorite books/authors?

Authors: Jane Austen, Haruki Murakami, Astrid Lindgren, Patricia C. Wrede, J.R.R. Tolkien, Patricia A. McKillip, Neil Gaiman, Francesca Lia Block, Sarah Addison Allen, Joanne Harris, etc., etc.

Books: the Harry Potter series, Chocolat, The Enchanted Forest Chronicles, the Dangerous Angels series, Ruby, The School of Essential Ingredients, I Capture the Castle, Pride and Prejudice, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Hobbit, Professor Diggins' Dragons, The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making, I Have a Bed Made of Buttermilk Pancakes, Echo, Psyche in a Dress, etc., etc.

8~ What was your favorite or most unusual holiday experience?

My favorite holiday experience is when it snowed on Christmas Eve last year… It was magical! 

9~ Were you a kid in the Hollywood Video/Blockbuster days? What were your favorite videos to rent?

Yours, Mine and Ours (the original) and The Master of Disguise. I'm sure there were many others but my memory escapes me at the moment.

10~ What makes you happy?

Autumn, reading, afternoon tea, breakfast, Pine trees, cinnamon buns, blueberry muffins, banana bread, rainy days & falling asleep to the sound of rain, period pieces, bubble baths, Beauty and the Beast, long summer drives, journaling, lovely films, music, art, libraries, baking and red hair. (etc., etc.)

I used to collect small and big marbles when I was a kid. I used to think that marbles were like plants that grow everywhere. Boy, I see them everywhere!

Today is my mom’s birthday.

I love pocket watches and old lamp posts. They seem to carry so much memories.

I am obsessed with keeping my fingernails short and clean.

Last night I dreamed about this boy that used to be my bestfriend/puppy love in highschool. Why?

I don’t like sleeping alone.

I care too much and too fast for others. That’s my greatest strength, and secret weakness.

I find it hard to write these days… it makes my heart ache sometimes.

I want to live in a small cottage in the forest and pretend that I am  brave. It’s enough.

I am a kitten.

I was tagged by the lovely ghostswans to share 10 random facts. I haven’t done one of these as yet but I suppose it might be nice to share a little bit more about myself with you dears. 

♥ My favourite poem at the moment is 'The Lady Of Shallot' - I’m working on learning it by heart - I’m nearly 1/3 of the way.

♥ I’ve nearly drowned twice. My life flashed before my eyes and both times I saw an underwater paradise that opened into the sky. It is to date, one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been. I miss it some days and see it in my dreams. 

♥ I have over 50 scented oils, herbs and floral extracts that are lovely for lip balm, perfume, candle and soap making (or really anything else).

♥ I have a habit of covering anything and everything with fanciful and glittery stickers: cell phones, pill bottles, asthma inhalers, water bottles, journals and such are all canvases to me. 

♥ I have numerous organized collections, they range from antique postage stamps and stickers to seashells. 

♥ I am by nature extremely shy but empathetic and observant.

♥ I am extremely gullible - partially because my fanciful imagination sees nothing as impossible. Magical creatures and time traveling are all quite real in my world view. 

♥ I’m quite skilled at supporting the impossible through various academic wavelengths. 

♥ I am a mentor/big sister to several (hospitalized and other deserving) youths.

♥ I have a map in my room with glitter-sticker-dots to represent my friends  and loved ones around the world.
