no- i get that feeling a lot! i felt it the other day, actually. i think its emotional exhaustion- it can happen randomly or after dealing with stress or a lot of new things or even just a lot in general! it helps me personally to talk to people.

I don't believe I've felt stressed out. Nothing has really changed in my life. I am not very sure what is causing this. I have not experienced this before.

You see, I did take a nap actually. I do not think I am feeling tired in the physical way? I am unsure. I think I am tired in my emotions. Does that make sense? I am very inexperienced with emotions and feelings I am very sorry for being so confusing.
