Addicted to Bad Ideas had me in a chokehold when you put out the first few chapters, and having dipped out of bnha fic for a while and returned, I can say that rereading it had me feeling exactly the same as it did the first time !!

I am alive! I just haven't been online as much--life in the real world is pretty busy these days between working, trying to wrap up grad school, balancing two boyfriends (one of whom is a full-time sub and needy), and then the rest of my social life to boot.

I'm not caught up! I dropped off reading the manga probably a year ago, and I've seen some spoilers on the mha Reddit, but they're all mostly contextless so I only know when shit gets wild.

I got the perfect story for you? Imagine? Shigaraki with a quirkless crush turned S/O who is a novelist, and she writes novels (dark romance, Fantasy, thrill, spicy or non-spicy, etc. whatever books you are in into?😅) and she decides to write a novel about how the villain gets the girl,😏 (instead of a hero😒) and then when Tomura reads the story he realizes the story is actually about the two of them, and he also gets super flustered when she jokingly told him that she put a “spicy scene” in one of the pages just to get a reaction out of him🤣

So what do you think for a fluffy but also a little funny story?

It sounds weird to say, “thanks for updating your fic!” But uhhhh thanks for the update. I screamed when I saw the email notification. I will patiently wait another 14 months if need be. 10 outta 10.

And, glad to hear you're willing to wait lol--I don't think it'll be that long since I already have part of the next chapter written and it's gonna be half smut so less challenging to write lol.

i can literally read a 20,000-word Gen fic by you about the League's homeless days. The glimpses we got of your writing about that phase in AtBI's new chapter and Fallback Position are perfect. They read like a movie and live in my head rent-free. I cant stress enough how well you write squatting in abandoned places as Japan's most wanted. It's so realstic and the struggle is palpable, the Leauge are all in character and their personalities compliment each other better than in canon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ack, please, you're so sweet! I really love thinking of those days specifically because we only really get glimpses in canon, and so much of the logistics are unclear (how much are they really hanging out together in their shack?). Plus, Shigaraki and the growing pains of becoming a leader! There seems like a pretty clear difference between him at Kamino and him meeting with Overhaul and all.

Anyway, I'm really glad you enjoyed because I have a lot of fun writing that and am def gonna dive into it more in AtBI--the squatter era will be a whole arc.

What are your best yandere Dabi stories on Ao3 or are there none?

Not sure if you're asking for fics I've written or fics I'd rec, but there's definitely a lot of yandere fics on AO3 in general, although I may not be the best person to ask for recs. I don't read much for Dabi on account of the Shigaraki brainrot.

I've written a couple things that aren't exactly yandere but might scratch a similar itch: Burning Shame and Laying Claim. As for recs, I would definitely check out A Flame That Won't Burn Out by @krystalwithakay. And, I know @dabisqueen has a ton of great Dabi stuff in general.
