Years ago, my mom and dad took my brother and I to cedar point. At the park, I got a purple glow stick. We got back to the hotel and I’m on the screened in balcony with my brother and dad and it’s dark out. I decided it was a good idea to chew on the end of the glow stick. All of a sudden the glow stick opens up, sprays the screen on the balcony, and goes all in my mouth.

My dad rushes me inside and to the bathroom to clean my mouth out but my mouth would glow purple for a week.

I can still remember how it tasted too.

how do you find new fics? do you search the tags on ao3? search ship names? find fics when people post about them on here? how picky are you when it comes to the fics you read—do you read fics with summaries that don’t interest you at first, or fics with grammatical/spelling mistakes?

Good question today bestie!!!

So I find fics sometimes on here, sometimes on ao3. I have a lot of authors I’m subscribed to so I get emails when they update. I also have a list of “favorited” tags

I cycle through these to see who has updated

I will try give every fic a shot, even if the summery doesn’t interest me. If I’m not interested in it after trying to read it, then I’ll move on but every fic deserves a chance.

I recognize that everyone is human and grammatical errors and such are going to happen (you’ve seen my unedited works haha) but if it’s like super extensive, I will give up on it. Again, all fics and writers deserve a chance and I respect that English isn’t always someone’s first language so I do try to look past errors for the most part.

MY LOVELY GI 💛 hope you had an awesome day! this time i hope not to disappear for months and come back to an expressive amount of gi asks that i get too shy to do!

i actually love sitting on the floor, it makes my inner child so happy and whenever i'm coloring i like to do it on the floor in order to visualize better. for couches or chairs it depends, at work in the teachers' lounge i'd rather sit on a chair because the couch makes me sleepy and i need to go back with full energy 😭 but if it's with friends i like the couch or an armchair. and i come home pretty late from the work + uni combo so my favorite way to relax is taking a shower and then lying in my bed to watch youtube, so there's that!

So the only fandom I partake in is Drag Race. It’s the only one I’ve ever really been apart of. I spend so much time in fandom spaces lol and the fandom has brought me some of my favorite people!

It’s both my comfort and an escape away from the real world.
