Aether:As of today, each elemental house will pick three main representatives to organize combat schedules, events, farming, etc.

Aether: This isn’t just a spot for work, it’s a spot for the finest, and they will get certain priorities. Also, important note, pick the leader of your house is not an automatic slot.
Pyros:He’s freed Amber and Klee from responsibilities….
Citlali:So it’s a voting system within houses?
Aether:You guys can use whatever method you like. Also, aside from three reps, every house needs to pick a fourth; someone really respected and supportive. They well help coordinate between everyone, as well as help future friends find their way. Essentially they’re replacing the vice captain roles.
Yelan:Do they get certain privileges?

Aether:Lastly, and certainly not least, there’s a special fifth spot. All houses have to pick someone that is not apart of their house. In other words, a different element. I will not explain why.
