So my parents are not too supportive of my life with Crohns. They haven't really researched much on the disease, and don't talk about it much.. but when I had my upper and lower GI they were like, "suck it up. It's not that bad." (to the drink the night before) and I was like.. you have no idea people. Now, my mom is having chest pains.. well was, they are gone now I think, but the doctor is having her take an upper GI test, and she has to drink that crap. I hope she realizes how much it sucks to feel like crap, and be talked to like crap.

Most GI doctors claim you should track your food intake and pain so he or she OR YOU can refer back to it to see where you get a flare up (when everything is sore and icky). I find paper and pen too annoying to refer back to all the time. And computer wise, well it's not always there and you forget things you ate, or the way you felt. I've found this app, via Apple Store, and it's free. I have downloaded it myself. Sure, there are some flaws (can't list your exact pain or problem) but it's fairly good. I would recommend it.

It's called MY CD DIARY. or CD DIARY. I'm sure if you type in one of the two, something will show. 

About it: Lists your food you've had each day. Tracks your bowel movements. How your feeling. And more....
