the way this event kept panning up to this decoration above the counter at the curatorium of secrets... i've never noticed it before but that has got to be an ibis surely... this event has got to be foreshadowing for next aq somehow i just don't know how yet...

I just have to BIG UP MYSELF cus I didn’t always feel this great about my looks. Growing pains type shit fr. On top of the way Black women weren’t always praised for our features no matter how much they try to gaslight us into thinking we made that shit up. I did a lot of affirming myself, reversing bull shit put onto me & ‘glamour magik’ to finally see myself the way I do. I also just had to find myself, my ‘look’ & what works for me.
+ I’m only getting prettier!!! I was made for locs fr. I feel the MOST confident with em. Even in the baby/starter loc stage.
