Random thought while I have temporary internet...
Tubbo is a tiny Toddler sheep hybrid but everything else is the same.
Tubbo walks around with Friend calling"Friend" "Mama".
Ghostbur sees this and immediately assumes that he's the father. Introducing him to his big brother Fundy first, even though he's not in a good mindset, and immediately is attached calling him "Brah Funny". (Fundy's mindset is better in this universe)
Philza is next, he thinks the kid is adorable and coos at a protective Fundy. (Phil's relationship with Fundy is better, not the best but better)
Tommy thinks Tubbo is dumb at first but melts when the tiny tot grabs his finger. (Tommy gets more visits from Fundy and is more concerned when Ghostbur is said to disappear. Tommy has a better relationship with Fundy, Phil, and Technoblade)
Technoblade is last, at first he dismissed Tubbo. Then he got stuck with babysitting, he thinks Tubbo may excel in potions when he's older. (Voices don't crave blood as much, better relationship with his family (Fundy included), Blows up New L'MANBERG earlier and saves Friend. Beats the crap out of Dream.)
Ranboo still gets adopted and frets over Tubbaby.
Noone finds out about Tubbo until he's a bit older, probably getting kidnapped cause it's still DSMP where the kids are traumatized.
