For your young fc, the first person that usually comes to mind is Justin Hartley. He’s currently one of the main characters in “This Is Us” and had a brief stint on “Revenge” as well as other screen credits. He has a similar hair style, and even has a similar jawline and thin lips as Jack. The only thing is he has brown eyes instead of blue, but the resemblance is pretty strong that i think that can be overlooked
Ryan Gosling and Charlie Hunnam are a few other fcs that bear a resemblance, but are slightly overused/popular fcs. Another fc I like for Jack is Ben Mckenzie. He as a lot of the same facial features, and he isn’t nearly as overused but still popular enough that there are available resources.
Not too sure about a good older fc, though Daniel Craig or Ed Harris might work
