Proposal for the “GICAT - Groupement des industries françaises de défense et de sécurité terrestres et aéroterrestres”
Final notes on the possible evils of those in power
There are totally things that the kids aren't being told. I've made this point before. Mr. Spender even said it:
He knows a great deal more that the kids are "authorised" to know. Which presumably means that it's the kind of thing whoever's in control here (be it the Guys in Charge and Trenchcoats, or whoever else it is if my assessment of the situation is wrong, and they're just Guys with Some Power and Trenchcoats) don't want getting out. Which presumably means it's compromising somehow. So either someone in power is doing something evil (or at least morally grey), or there's something not very nice in the physics of the world, or there's something going on that might cause a panic if widely known about. Or all three.
There are some more things I have to say about that in my next post, which is actually gonna be broken up into several posts on several similar topics, because yet again I have a million things to say and I know walls of text appeal to nobody.

Who is Mr. Walker?
I vaguely suspect this guy who has been mentioned in passing three times to be their gym teacher, mainly because I was trying to figure out what lesson they haven’t had to see if I could stick him with being a teacher. But there are numerous ways that doesn’t feel right.
Or, Mr. Garcia’s alternate personality who gets him into trouble, but that really is just silly in the wrong way.
All we actually know about him is that he’s somehow related to the stuff Isaac isn’t allowed to know, and there are people Isaac’s seen dressed similarly. We’re gonna assume it’s the Guys in Charge and Trenchcoats for the time being.
Also, hey, what's his relationship with Mr. Spender??
We're going to assume they're not a couple. Unless they are, haha. But most realistically it's some supernatural thing? Probably.

"Monsters" in Mayview? Max's spirit is evil?
Clearly “monsters” are different from just “bad spirits” because there’s a shittonne of those in Mayview. And it’s bad enough for the Guys in Charge and Trenchcoats to wanna show up.
But the first thing my mind jumps to is Max’s spirit, henceforth referred to as Scrapdragon. He scared the shit out of Doorman, and that’s for sure. (If you’re on the slow train, and you don’t know what was said by Doorman in their conversation, here’s a handy link) Doorman called Scrapdragon or someone connected to him/it a “broken god”. Part of me suspects maybe it’s not Scrapdragon (+ faction) who is bad, it’s Doorman and whoever he works for, but that seems a little out of place and stupid in the wrong way for Paranatural.
To those of you who refuse to believe that it’s the spirit in Max’s bat who was speaking then, look at this:
As Max passes through Doorman’s portal, his bat fumes black for a second. If Max was possessed, you’d assume some actual part of him would give off spectral energy, but it’s not Max, it’s the bat. The bat has the power of magnetism, the spirit in the bat was the one talking. Max is not possessed: pretty obviously, spirits in tools can take over the spectral bonded to them, or at least Scrapdragon can.

Who are "the Cousinhood"?
All right, apart from the fact that Mr. Spender referred to Mayview as “[his] town”, the Cousinhood are pretty obviously the guys who uphold the masquerade, make the laws for Spectrals, and/or Mr Spender’s superiors. So basically the spectral government. (Unless Zack’s trying to confuse us, which isn’t actually that unlikely.)
Spender displayed some discontent about them, so they may be either a bit controlling, or a merely unofficial authority.
Since they were mentioned being concerned about the possibility of “monsters” (following page, more in the next post) they probably have similar duties as the Activity Club, specifically the one of pacifying violent spirits, but probably also educating new Spectrals.
(extra on that page:
B.L.? gut feelings of vigilantes? hmm …)
A last little thing: I think Zack said that "the Cousinhood" was actually short for their full name so ???
