where: Marlowe’s place when: a day after the fight who: Amos Diggory and Gideon Prewett ( @prwttgdnn )
Amos’ wasn’t used to waking up alone anymore. His arms would reach out for the other side of the bed searching for Gideon’s familiar and comforting warmth, but he would only feel the air and his thin sheets. That morning, Amos spent thirty-minutes in bed just thinking about Gideon until he finally decided. Amos was going to talk to him. Whether they were fighting or not, Amos wanted him home. He needed him home.
Amos thought about bringing a bouquet of flowers with him to Marlowe’s place, but he eventually decided that it was a tad too cliche. What the heck would Gideon do with a bunch of flowers? Not to mention that somehow, a part of Amos was still telling him that he really shouldn’t be the one extending the olive branch. But there he was on Marlowe’s doorstep, hoping to get Gideon back because he loved him. With a deep sigh, Amos knocked on the door and waited for one of the Prewetts to respond.
