My rad friend @tonysstarrk got me flowers and I've been calling them Gritty Blooms but I'm pretty sure they're chrysanthemums 😆🧡

I did a photoshoot with them and now they're on our kitchen bench, they make me smile every time I see them!

I was also gifted this chili fabric because @tonysstarrk knows I love the pain fruit 🌶

I just wanted to say to you that I'm proud of you :) It must have been tough to get out of a horrible relationship. You did it though. You're a strong, magnificent woman and I am amazed by you. You're a wonderful, beautiful creature who should be cherished like the precious gem you are. You're sun light on a cloudy day, you're warmth on a chilly night and you're a comfort on a lonely time. I hope one day it's something you look at as a stepping stone to the graceful goddess you are :) <3

Jesus Lord I am sitting here sobbing as I read this b/c it is so kind & I have no words to truly express how amazing it is to find this in my inbox.  

I wish I could say I feel strong, but I still struggle daily to overcome the abuse I was dealt with for so many years.  I’m so weak, so bloody fragile that it scares me to the point of tears at least once a week -much better than how it was daily only a year ago.  I know it’s something that will take me many years to fully overcome, if ever -I just try to take things one day at a time.

People like you, who drop by with amazingly kind messages like this, are one of the many small ways I keep smiling each and every day.   

Kindness, happiness & being positive are the #1 things in my life these days, and my heart is squeezing as tears are slipping from my eyes at yours right now.  Thank you so much for being amazing and taking the time to send a message to me, someone who still struggles to find my own self worth, confidence & place after being beaten down for so very long.
