living in alaska when i was a lil kid was really hard because i could never sleep when they wanted me to. it was way too bright. beautiful, though

My mom ended up making these super thick curtains because me and my brother said it was too light to sleep, but I can't hang both of them up now so it's so dang bright and I've lived here for 13 bloody years you'd think I'd be used to it by now.

sky's still eggshell blue though now, prettier than it's been all day if y'ask me.
