S.E.A. Focus, a showcase of contemporary art from Southeast Asia, opens to the public today at Gillman Barracks. S.E.A. Focus provides a platform to propel diverse cultural exchanges which celebrate, promote and provoke dialogue about Southeast Asian art.

Tulip Duong’s ‘The Hybrid’ (2019) will be on view as part of CUC Gallery’s presentation.

For the Lobster Roll, we placed an order for two as Bunny wanted one for herself. Naked Finn served their lobster roll warm using American/Maine lobster and it came in two flavours - Mayonnaise and Crème fraîche. It's accompanied by straight cut fries and salad. The lobster flesh was fresh and succulent as they used live lobsters, with the mayonnaise version slightly creamier than the Crème fraîche one. Squeeze the wedge of lemon over it and it's good to go.

The inaugural S.E.A. Focus, an initiative by STPI Gallery to foster deeper appreciation for Southeast Asian art through collaboration between international and local galleries, takes place from 23–27 January at Gillman Barracks.
