East Village Street Food Jam was fun. @mobettablock was fab @ @excaliburger_ was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. @rebelkettle Working Glass Hero was also in it to win it. #gingeradventures
Home with a stomach bug. Pierce stepped in dog poop in his water shoes so I had to scrape it out of the depths of the plastic ridges first while gagging & ultimately spraying it off with the water hose before I could take him to summer camp. Started our morning “watering” the lawn. The birds & my baby boy loved it. Now we’re sitting on the front porch listening to music. Yesterday we grilled out with Mom & had such a great time. I’m so grateful that I still have my mom & we’re so close. I couldn’t ask for a better mom or son. My ❤️ is full. #gingeradventures #boymom

It’s been an exciting night. Pierce got his first hit of the season. And Peach got a baby possum. 😳 Let’s just say I hope that little sucker was playing possum after killer Peach “played” with it before I could get her. I’m sure my neighbors thought I was a crazy person in my backyard at 9:30 at night. “Peach! Want a treat? Peach want to go for a walk? Peach leave it! Oh my word!!! Please leave it! Peach! Peach!!! Ewwww! Peach? Oh my goodness!” Pierce: it looked like a rat but then I saw it’s face...like this (looks horrified). Me: I hope it doesn’t have a disease. Pierce: Yeah. It could have diabetes!
