Puerquitos (Soft Mexican Gingerbread Pig Cookies)

Puerquitos are a dense, almost dry type of cookies that are very filling and surprisingly not very sweet. They are great with coffee, hot chocolate, and/or milk, i used to buy them in the store in mornings to eat it with my coffee.😋
