Hello there! I was reading through the tags and was wondering if you tagged/followed politics aus (i've been watching a lot of west wing lately and am in the mood for some DC drama).
@ponyregrets wrote a West Wing AU where Clarke is CJ and Bellamy is Danny.
@cupcakesandtv wrote I Serve at the Pleasure of the President where Clarke is Mallory and Bellamy is Sam.
@hawthornewhisperer wrote Compromised, a congressional AU
You can also check out our politics tag!

gingerdaze replied to your post: *whispers* platonic friendships a...
They’re my favorites for that very reason. I want Thomas to be queer so very badly.
he's not though, which is kind of the point. one of the parties in a boy/girl relationship doesn't have to be gay in order for it to be platonic. (I'm not saying you think that I'm just pointing out the value in this concept). a straight guy and a straight girl can be friends without it being weird or sexual and that's an important idea to me and it's one that is portrayed with Runner and Thomas.
also, Thomas defies a lot of stereotypes about guys. he's impeccably dressed, well groomed, not very strong or masculine in the mainstream ways, and is highly interested in pop culture. these things make almost everyone (characters in my comic and also people in real life when they see my stuff) assume that he's gay. But he's not.
people observe certain qualities in people and think that they equal homosexuality or heterosexuality, but they are not correct. straight people have random qualities and gay people have random qualities. not everyone is the same and this is important.
sorry for the long response but I wanted to explain the reasoning behind my characters because I have put an awful lot of thought into these things.
