I’m torn on this because I get the feeling that Laurent’s stance on not having children was primarily driven by his being gay and not necessarily a blanket dislike of the idea of being a parent. In order for him to have a legitimate heir, he would have to marry a woman and couple with her, and he has no desire to do that. In an Omegaverse situation, I could definitely see him being willing to have Damen’s children. Just my thoughts though! :)

Well....I love omegaverse Laurent having tons of Damen’s children, so I’m in favor!

Though I tend to the interpretation that in canon Laurent thinks that his genetics are tainted in some fashion, and that’s why he won’t have children of his own (though I think he would love to raise Damen’s children).

Try using either a wet sponge to pick up the mercury bits, or, if you have a small broom or handbrush, sweep them into a dust pan. The tiny pieces will roll together to make bigger pieces you can sweep up. I used to break these all the time before we switched to digital at the clinic where I work!

thank you! i used like... paper and an adhesive tape to clean up the bigger bits but i can't make out if there's more. i used a torch to check the floor but i don't think there's anything more but i can't know for sure.ugh fucking mercury thing. the instructions on websites are too much. i think i cleaned it all up but if there's more then idk.. time will tell. we're buying a digital one now.

Thanks to one of your posts I have just realized that the clip of John that we see in the well is definitely looking up at Sherlock and his lantern and it's fucking me up. Just thought I would share. :O

It's true, Sherlock basically hijacked their wedding and made it all about him and his feelings for John. He even made his own vows. She was probably daydreaming about shooting him even then ;)
