Hey, thank you so much! I currently work as a graphic designer & content manager. I do art direction for a non profit but I wouldn’t exactly consider myself as their “art director” more like a lead designer. I’m realizing their vision, and I don’t have much input as far as the overall look of things.
Being a full time art director is a huge dream of mine, but it would definitely have to be for something I feel passionately about. Art directors are pretty well compensated for their work/time. I would say that it is without a doubt worth the pay.
