These Paleo lemon ginger wings are packed with flavor and perfect for a delicious and healthy appetizer or main dish. The combination of zesty lemon, spicy ginger, and savory garlic creates a tantalizing marinade for the chicken wings. Baking them in the oven ensures they're crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, without any frying involved.
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 2 tablespoons coconut oil. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon grated ginger. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven's temperature to 400F, or 200C. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. To the melted coconut oil, add the lemon juice, grated ginger, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to blend. Pour the lemon-ginger marinade over the chicken wings in a large bowl. Until the wings are coated evenly, toss them. Make sure the wings are evenly spaced out as you arrange them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, rotating them halfway through, or until they are cooked through and golden brown. When finished, take the wings out of the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
