Hi, can u do a Dragon Ball Z request where Ginyu happens to have a human reader who is a Brony. I like think sometimes that Ginyu would notice them watching My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic on there tablet, and he somehow starts slowly watching together with the reader. Hope my grammer on this request isn't a little confusing.
This was... surprisingly funny to write
I must say, I'm a big fan of both series since I was little

Now, everyone say hello to the magic of my lazy-ass edition
In the vast, cold reaches of space, aboard Frieza's ship, the Ginyu Force was known for its ruthlessness, power, and unique sense of style. Among them, Captain Ginyu was the most feared, with his ability to switch bodies making him a formidable opponent. Yet, even in the heart of such a fearsome crew, there was room for the unexpected.
Y/N, a human who had somehow ended up on Frieza's ship, had found themselves in the peculiar position of being under Captain Ginyu's watch. While the circumstances of their capture were less than ideal, Y/N had managed to carve out a small niche of normalcy in their day-to-day life. One of their greatest comforts was their tablet, on which they watched "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic."
One evening, as the Ginyu Force was taking a break from their training and missions, Captain Ginyu happened to pass by Y/N's quarters. The door was slightly ajar, and from within, he heard an unfamiliar, cheerful melody. Curiosity piqued, Ginyu peeked inside and saw Y/N engrossed in their tablet, the bright colors and friendly characters of Equestria reflected in their eyes.
"What is this?" Ginyu's deep voice startled Y/N, who quickly tried to hide the tablet. "Nothing, just a show I like to watch," Y/N replied, a bit embarrassed.
Ginyu raised an eyebrow, his interest clearly piqued. "A show? What kind of show?"
"It's called 'My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic,'" Y/N explained. "It's about these ponies who go on adventures and learn about friendship. It's... comforting."
Ginyu stared at the tablet for a moment, then to Y/N's surprise, he sat down beside them. "Show me."
Hesitant at first, Y/N pressed play. As the episode began, Ginyu watched intently. The vibrant world of Equestria unfolded before him, with its lessons on friendship and the adventures of Twilight Sparkle and her friends.
To Y/N's surprise, Ginyu seemed genuinely interested. Over the next few days, whenever they watched an episode, Ginyu would often join them. At first, it was just to satisfy his curiosity, but gradually, he found himself getting drawn into the stories.
One evening, after an especially touching episode where the ponies learned about the importance of trust and honesty, Ginyu turned to Y/N. "You know, these ponies... they have something we don't."
Y/N looked at him, surprised. "What do you mean?"
"Trust, loyalty, friendship," Ginyu said thoughtfully. "It's something that's hard to find out here, in the cold reaches of space. We fight, we conquer, but we don't... connect."
Y/N smiled softly. "That's why I love this show. It reminds me that there's still good in the world, even in the darkest times."
Ginyu nodded slowly, his usual stern expression softening just a bit. "Perhaps there's more to learn from these ponies than I thought."
As the days turned into weeks, Ginyu and Y/N's shared interest in "My Little Pony" became a regular part of their routine. The other members of the Ginyu Force were bewildered by their captain's newfound hobby but didn't dare question him. After all, if Ginyu found value in it, who were they to argue?
One day, after a particularly challenging mission, Ginyu returned to Y/N's quarters. He was tired, bruised, but there was a sense of anticipation in his eyes. "Is there a new episode today?" he asked.
Y/N nodded, smiling. "Yes, there is. It's about the magic of forgiveness."
As they sat together, watching the episode unfold, Ginyu couldn't help but feel a strange sense of peace. In a world filled with chaos and conflict, the simple lessons of friendship and kindness offered a solace he hadn't realized he needed.
And so, in the cold reaches of space, aboard a ship known for its ruthlessness, a human and a fearsome warrior found a bond through the magic of friendship. It was an unlikely connection, but one that proved that even in the darkest corners of the universe, there was always room for a little bit of light and a whole lot of friendship.
"You're doing fantastic (Y/N)! Just like that!" Captain Ginyu praised.
(Y/N) rolled his eyes and hid a smile as the Captain applauded his work.
"I only cracked an egg Ginyu." (Y/N) said, stifling a laugh.
"You must celebrate the little victories (Y/N), they are just as important as the rest! And just look how even you cracked it! Are you sure you've never cooked before?" Captain Ginyu asked as he watched (Y/N) pour flour into a mixing bowl.
"Never." The Saiyan said as he mixed the contents in the bowl. Ginyu almost looked offended.
"But baking is such a fun activity! And brings people closer together!" The Captain smiled and added, "I make sure me and my men do these little activities as often as possible to keep us in high spirits and strengthen our team."
"Well, you do make quite the team." (Y/N) commented.
"We sure do!" Captain Ginyu. "Hmm...something is missing..."
(Y/N) checks the recipe and goes down the list of things he added, finding everything in order.
"No, we got everything so far." (Y/N) said putting the recipe back down.
"No! There is one thing this cake is missing, something that it absolutely must have to be perfect!" Captain Ginyu said as (Y/N) turned to look at him.
"What is it?"
Captain Ginyu opened a cabinet and pulled out a boombox.
"Music!" The Captain chimed as he set everything up and pressed play. A jaunty tune begins to play as Captain Ginyu smoothly dances his way back over to the counter (Y/N) was stationed. (Y/N) hid another smile, but failed to contain a soft bit of laughter as the Captain danced.
"And not only music!" The Captain said as he outstretched his hand, making the Saiyan freeze.
"Oh no- Ginyu I don't dance-" The Saiyan said, putting his hands up, which were in turn, taken into the Captain's grasp.
"You don't cook either, but look at you now! Come on! Dance with me (Y/N)!" The Captain said.
Before (Y/N) could refuse, he was spun around and led through a simple dance with Ginyu.
He felt quite awkward at first, and silly, but it was just him and Ginyu. Who the hell cares?
The Saiyan decided to cut a little loose and follow along with the Captain's moves. Mirroring whatever Ginyu did, and letting him lead him through every step.
"See! You're a natural at this!" The Captain laughed as he led the Saiyan through another twirl.
The Saiyan let his smiles and laughter all fall out without suppression. The fear of being ridiculed or shamed for doing such things, slipped away while he was with Ginyu. He knew he nor his men would chastise him for this. The Saiyan had to admit, it felt great to be free of it all. Free to be himself, free to unwind, free to goof off,
and free to dance around in a kitchen with another man while baking a cake in matching pink aprons.
The two of them were left in fits of happy giggles as they continued dancing. The Captain ended the dance with a classic dip with the Saiyan secure in his grasps. The Saiyan looked up at the horned man who towered over him, then caught sight of some leftover flour on the kitchen counter, distracting him from the sneaky move the Captain was about to pull.
Before the Captain could make a move, a cloud of flour smacked him in the face, causing him to drop the Saiyan to the floor.
"oW- FuCK-" The Saiyan yelped as Ginyu rubbed the flour from his face.
The Saiyan looked up at Ginyu whose face was now completely beat with white powder.
"A sneak attack! Excellent (Y/N)! Now! prepare for my counter!" Captain Ginyu said as he grabbed the bag of flour.
"Oh- sHiT- NO-" Before the Saiyan could scramble away, his vision was completely engulfed in white.
He could hear the Captain's deep laughter and took this as a moment to take fist fulls of flour into his hand and chuck it at the captain, turning his pink apron white.
And that's what started their little flour fight. Soon the whole kitchen was painted white as they each took their own bag of flour and began chucking it at one another.
"Oi! Cap'n! We're back from Spacey's! We gotcha a milkshake!" Jeice voice was heard in the other room.
"Say, how'd your date with (Y/N) go?" Burter's voice called out.
No answer was provided, but they could easily hear fits of laughter and objects falling in the kitchen. They all rushed to go see what was going on and found their entire kitchen covered in flour. Piles of it on the floor, in the sink, on the walls, and two white figures wrestling on the floor.
"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!" Jeice exclaimed, looking on at the mess.
"We're cooking of course!" Captain Ginyu beamed.
"THE KITCHEN IS A FUCKIN' MESS!" Jeice said motioning to the entirety of the powdered room.
"We'll clean it I swear!" The Saiyan laughed as they smashed Ginyu's face into a pile of flour on the floor, a mould of his face now indented.
While the Ginyu Force members looked on as their Captain wrestled with the Saiyan in the snowfield that is now their kitchen, a certain redhead decided to run and lay into a pile of flour on the floor and proceed to flail his arms and legs about.
"Look! look! Recoome is making snow angel!" Recoome bubbled as he continued.
Guldo slowly slipped away from whatever the hell was happening in front of him and went on to do his own thing.
Burter began to laugh some and shake his head before leaving the pair be.
Jeice got a little red in the face, well- more red than usual, but just sighed and rolled his eyes. A smile grew on his face as he walked away muttering "lucky guy" before hopping on the couch.
Recoome satisfied with his work, looked at his crooked flour angel on the floor and walked off, his entire backside now covered in white.
The pair on the floor continued to wrestle and throw flour at one another until they broke away, sitting side by side catching their breath.
The Captain chuckled and shifted to stand up until,
He felt a pair of powdered lips pressed against his cheek.
His eyes widened as he looked at the Saiyan sitting beside him. A wide and happy smile placed on their face.
"Thank you..for this. I've...it’s been a while since I got to unwind like this... It was fun." The Saiyan said as he brushed flour off his shoulder.
The Saiyan felt a large hand cup the side of his face as he then found his lips pressed to another's.
Y/N stayed like that for a while. His own hand coming up the cup the Captain's powdered face, only breaking the kiss when they each needed to breathe.
Their foreheads pressed together as they looked into each other’s eyes that were so full of pure adoration.
The Captain smiled and gave the Saiyan's forehead a peck and ruffled some flour out of (Y/N)'s hair, earning a chuckle.
They both looked around the kitchen, seeing the impressive mess they made.
"Now..how do you suppose we clean this up?" The Saiyan asked.
"Same way we made it! Another dance of course!"
~ Sometime Later~
It was an exhausting feat, but the pair finally managed to do it. The kitchen was back to its original colours; not a speck of flour in sight. A few bits of it still resided on the two, but nothing a quick bath couldn't help.
"Guess no cake tonight huh?" The Saiyan chuckled, remembering the pans and bowls engulf in flour that never got to be baked.
"It didn't go how we planned, but it turned out even better! Wouldn't you say?" The Captain said as the pair walked to the bathhouses. They wouldn't have to be worried about being seen like this as no one would be bathing at this time, and Captain Ginyu had access to a private room meant for him the other Ginyu Force members.
Once inside, the pair split up to remove their flour-covered clothing and slip into a bathrobe. They met back by the large bath that almost resembled a pool. Captain Ginyu made his way in first, motioning the Saiyan to join him. The Saiyan walked down the steps, shying away from the hot water at first until his body fully registered the temperature as safe and made his descent.
"This is quite nice." The Saiyan said looking around.
"Yep, Lord Frieza makes sure we’re well taken care of." Ginyu said as he sat down on one of the ledges in the pool.
"Well I'd imagine, you guys carry out his orders with ease and no problems whatsoever, which is more than what anyone could say about his other subjects. He ought to treat you well." The Saiyan chuckled as most of his body became submerged in water.
The Saiyan took a deep breath and dipped his head underwater. All the flour in his hair and on his body began to wash off until he came up for air, shaking his head and taking in another deep breath, making his way over next to Ginyu.
"You still got a bunch on your face. Here." The Saiyan said as he splashed a bunch of water in the Captain's face.
The Captain spit out some water and shook his head chuckling.
"Thank you, but I'm afraid I am going to have to surrender. I know very well if we continued that, there'd be no water left in this bath." He laughed as he wiped some water from his face and looked at the Saiyan.
"Yeah, you just don't want me to kick your ass again." The Saiyan jeered until a big wave of water engulfed him.
The Saiyan coughed chokingly as the Captain patted his back, erupting with laughter.
"We'll call it a draw." The Saiyan wheezed as he looked up at the Captain.
Ginyu looked down at the Saiyan, a warm smile grew on his face, followed by a look of curiosity. His gaze fell on the Saiyan's wet hair as he began to poke it.
"How does it stay so spiky?" The Captain asked himself before his curiosity grew even more. "What the-?" The Captain gasped.
"What?" The Saiyan asked before Ginyu placed both of his hands in the Saiyan's hair.
"Your hair is so soft?! I wasn't expecting that. I always expected it to be rough from all the sharp edges but it's so damn soft!" The Captain said as he ran his fingers through the Saiyan's hair.
This earned a laugh from the Saiyan as he placed one of his hands on Ginyu's, pulling it down to his face. Something about the way the side of his face just fit into the Captain's palm felt right. It was such a nice feeling. The Saiyan leaned into The Captain's touch as he looked up at him. He softly placed a kiss on the Captain's wrist and wrapped an arm around their waist as the Captain did the same, pulling the Saiyan closer to his body.
"We should cook together again sometime." Ginyu said with a chuckle.
"You sure we won't make a mess again?" The Saiyan asked.
Hi, it's me, the one who made the Ginyu request. If you have the time for today, and if you're ok with the same person making multiple requests at the same time. Can u make a continuation where Jeice and Burter are questioning Ginyu on why he watching a colorful horse show with the reader. (I like to think Rainbow Dash would be Jeice's favorite).
Oh and at the same time, I would like to thank you for making my request. 💜
I didn't have time that day (or any of the recent days) but now I have. I'm trying to empty my inbox.
Once again, this was really funny to write
The next day, the Ginyu Force gathered for a routine debriefing after their latest mission. The mood was typically serious, but an undercurrent of curiosity flowed through the group. Jeice and Burter exchanged glances, their expressions a mix of intrigue and concern.
As the meeting progressed, Jeice couldn't contain his curiosity any longer. "Captain, I need to ask... what's with all the colorful horse shows you’ve been watching with Y/N?"
Burter nodded vigorously. "Yeah, what’s up with that? I thought you were all about power and domination, not... whatever that is."
Ginyu, who had been reviewing some reports, looked up with a bemused expression. "Ah, you’ve noticed."
Jeice, leaning forward, asked, "So, what’s so fascinating about this ‘My Little Pony’ thing? You’ve been spending quite a bit of time with Y/N watching it."
Ginyu’s lips curled into a small smile. “It’s not just about the show itself. It’s about what it represents. There’s something unique about the way it portrays friendship and trust. It’s... surprisingly uplifting.”
Jeice raised an eyebrow. “And you’re into that?”
Ginyu shrugged. “Sometimes, amidst all the fighting and scheming, it’s nice to find a bit of solace. The ponies’ adventures remind me that there’s more to life than just conflict.”
Burter, arms crossed, looked skeptical but curious. “So, what’s the deal with these ponies? What’s so special about them?”
Ginyu thought for a moment before responding. “Each character has their own unique qualities, but what stands out is their ability to form deep, meaningful connections despite their differences. They face challenges together, support each other, and grow from their experiences.”
Jeice’s eyes lit up with understanding. “I get it now. So, you’re saying it’s like a... well, it’s a way to see how real friendship works, even if it’s through talking horses.”
Ginyu nodded. “Exactly. It’s a perspective I hadn’t considered before, and it’s been... enlightening.”
Burter glanced at Jeice and then back at Ginyu. “Okay, I guess I can see that. And you, Jeice, what’s your take on it?”
Jeice smirked. “Well, if I had to pick a favorite, it’d be this blue one with rainbow mane. She’s got that whole ‘never back down’ attitude, kinda like me.”
Ginyu chuckled. “Rainbow Dash is quite the character. I can see why you’d like her.”
Jeice grinned. “Glad you get it, Captain. I guess it’s not so bad having you watch a show like that. Just don’t go soft on us.”
Ginyu’s expression grew thoughtful again. “Softness isn’t the goal. Understanding and finding balance—those are what matter. Even warriors need to understand the value of trust and friendship.”
The conversation shifted as the debriefing continued, but the Ginyu Force members now carried a newfound respect for their captain’s peculiar interest. And though the others remained perplexed, they couldn’t deny that Ginyu’s newfound perspective might have added an unexpected dimension to their leader’s formidable presence.
As the days went by, the Ginyu Force found themselves less inclined to question Ginyu’s hobbies, and the captain’s time spent with Y/N continued to be a unique, albeit unexpected, part of their ship’s routine.
