This evening we got a surprise when these yellow trains pulled up - they’re Ginza Special 1000s, made specially for the 90th anniversary of the Ginza Line. You can see the insides are retro-1920s, too. They have the LED screens like some other trains, but the lights even have old-fashioned fixtures, the walls are faux wood grain, and the handrails are brass. How cool is this?
