Do white people have like a different idea about names??? Specifically nicknames??? Like I’ll tell someone “yeah that’s what friends/family call me, you can use it if you’d like :)” and the response is “what do you prefer?” And it’s….you can say either, I prefer both equally, you can make one up for me right now??? And for some reason this doesn’t compute and I’ve only had this conversation with white people before 😭

Saw a shape in a cloud tonight. Saw light hit a tree. I feel like Ive been in this moody nostalgic headspace the past few days, past week maybe. And today it kinda came to a head and I finally put my finger that I feel alive, I feel like I just woke up from a really bad dream and the last time I felt that way I was seventeen. 18-20 I'd often find myself randomly thinking "I'm free. I'm alive and I'm free." And I feel that again. I'm tired again but because I finally unclogged the drain. Idk. Everything is heavier this time but I'm not as sore.
