@fieldsgoodchicken is one of the only food companies I have seen in NYC that is taking us into the future as far as take out is concerned. This technology exists, yet it's not ubiquitous standard. We need to ask ourselves why? There is no reason our planet should be choking on plastic pollution if we have other options.
