Our MARS Community is such a great place because not only do you always step up for the animals in need but you also understand that the need is not always a financial one. Collars, leashes, Martingales for the scared dogs, you name it, every little bit helps and our community always puts the animals Sometimes when we are able to give things from paper towel to masks, gloves, printer ink, dog/cat food, treats, blankets, it also helps the animals. Whether you give your time (with all PPE and social distancing in place} or are able to send some of the needs our way. All of it is so important and we appreciate each and every one of you. Don’t get us wrong...money is incredibly valuable as that allows us to pay vet bills, order medications, pay transport fees to bring them to MN and out of the high kill shelters, but taking a look around your house to see if you have any paper towels to spare, a leash that’s been sitting in the closet, copy paper you’re not using, a medium to giant sized kennel your dog doesn’t need anymore, or if you might not have these things, asking your friends & family if they do. Today we are sharing our needs that are not financial but critical to help the animals. Together, in all ways, we save!
