The story of Anchor & Arrow is one born of fate. After years of going with the flow, working 9-5's, commuting long hours, making sales calls, and simply trying to figure out this crazy world we live in, we were looking for a new adventure where we could work for ourselves doing something we love and need. Given our artistic skill-sets we knew if we worked hard, we could build a successful apparel company. So there in the living room of our home, we paced and thought, and bounced ideas off the wall again and again trying to come up with the name for our brainchild of a brand.
With a mutual love for the ocean and nearly everything nautical, we decided that an anchor would be a great place to start. But as we dove deeper and deeper into ideas surrounding anchors, we found our love for wide open country-side pulling us back up to symbols of dry land. After all, Lindy was born and raised in the high country of Prescott, Arizona. We talked about her childhood and all her adventures on the family cattle ranch - when almost in passing she mentions finding arrowheads as kid. We had it. Anchor & Arrow, both brand and logo, was born from the minds of an Arizona girl and a California kid on that February night of 2012.
We work hard to continue our journey and market, produce, and create what we like, love, and need...and share it with you. We consider ourselves two explorers looking to give life hell and leave no stone unturned.
Our mission is to provide well-made, quality goods for individuals who seek to leave a legacy - a style born on the open water of the Pacific and the open country-side of America.
Anchor & Arrow calls Laguna Beach, California home - a place where laid-back coastal style is deeply rooted in artistry, individuality, and an overall good time...we're proud of what we've built, and hope you enjoy our products as much as we do.
