Since coming home from Queenstown I’ve had a massive couple of weeks, where I’ve hit the ground running, implementing, unleashing and taking my leadership to the next level! I absolutely love that I can GIVE unconditionally, I can share value, I can share content, I can speak my voice and I can guide people to the performance & results they need in their life! One of the biggest things I’ve learnt over this last year is SELF LOVE! Being able to give back to yourself! Being able to give your body, your mind and your soul all of the things that it’s asking for! Today was another magical Tuesday in my outside office! When going through a rough time seriously consider how you can help in your community and with the people around you. Giving to others without any expectation of anything in return will greatly help to decrease the amount of anxiety you're feeling. Looking at others and what they are going through helps to take the focus off of yourself and helps you to give a place to focus all that energy that is going into the past or the future creating anxiety.
