Lailah was carefully on guard near as soon as she saw this man, and yet, she also.. wasn’t. Despite his looks reminding her far too much of undead hellions from her own world, she’d come quickly to realize that the workings of this place and of her home weren’t similar at all- malevolence certainly existed, but she had yet to run into any hellions. And similar to that- while he certainly looked the same, for whatever reason he didn’t seem to be a hellion, at least not at first glance. It was possible she was wrong, her senses did seem to be thrown off at times with this place..
“You are.. undead, are you not?” Asking would probably be the best way to avoid unnecessary conflict- if he wasn’t a hellion, she didn’t see the need to fight. There were some odd people here, after all- it wasn’t very her to start trouble.
