This is Luna, one of the dogs you all directly helped after the Camp Fire destroyed her home. We are fostering Luna at Blackberry Creek temporarily for our good friends who lost everything in the fire. Luna escaped just in time, having to get out of her car and run with her family to the safety of a fire truck and later the hospital parking lot. Amazingly, she escaped unharmed and is learning the ropes of becoming a farm dog (though if anyone has tips on her chasing our cats off the property, they’d be most welcome!). Luna’s vegan dog food, new bed, toys, and maintenance medical care are being paid for by your donations to help #campfire animals.
