the stroll was, at first comfortable silence,before it turned akward as you guys havent spoke for quite some time
you started of the convo with the classic, how was your day
he said nothing, you were dismayed
then after awhile, he (thoughtfully) replied: it's was a just the usual. meetings, training and more training.
probably not the best answer but you guys then again continued to walk in silence until he asked you the same question
you were actually quite shocked but glad he talked to you like,, the water hashira ? talking ? wha ?

eventually you got him to sit down, even after him protesting that he does not want to, just to eat have dinner, and by it I meant.. PICNIC (TIME) 🌠
you attempted to cook his favourite food, simmered salmon with daikon
which was adviced by Shinobu Kocho (thank youu 🦋)
he took the bowl, turned away and, you swore you saw sparkles
he turned back and saw you staring wide eyed at him.
" why.. are you staring at me. "
he said that in a cool tone but his face betrayed his voice. the corner of his mouth is actually tugging up
".. thank you (for the food) "
he said without waiting for your reply
flustered giyuu immediately wolfed down the salmon daikon before passing you back the bowl, again flustered.
" thank you for the food and the walk.., "
both of you steed into the sunset before you felt him shifting beside you and resting his head on your lap
" can we have more walks like this? " before closing his eyes and drifted into sleep
you starred at your boyfriend's sleeping face
you wanted to wake him up, because your leg was getting cramped and also, it's night time and you gotta clean up the stuff around you
you were in between waking up this beautiful image of your sleeping boyfriend and cleaning up and going back home

i am quite dassapointed in this hc.. i really wanted to write this, and i was very excited. but i just got a writer's block and it's honestly not fun at all.
