leon always hated these extra events he needed to attend. terrasave wasn't so bad, but the dso ? so very boring to have to sit through toasts and clap for people who barely deserved their job. still, at least the dinners were nice -- and it's why leon continued to attend them. plus, the company of his wife with him made things easier to bear.
fork gently falls onto the plate as he turns towards claire, almost like he was trying to figure out what to say to that... because as much as doing something out in public like that wasn't really leon's style, it was much more exciting than just sitting around like this. plus, something about the mischievous glint in his wife's eyes makes leon want to continue to push all boundaries he had. ❝ if i we get caught, i'm blaming you, ❞ he says with a chuckle on his expression.
