What are the completed documents required for a GJEPC membership?
For manufacturer exporters, the required documents for GJEPC membership include:
Application form for Associate Membership and RCMC, along with the challan form duly signed by the Proprietor/Partner/Director.
Signature Slip (Online form) signed by the Proprietor/Partner/Director and attested by the applicant's banker.
Self-attested copies of Import Export Code issued by DGFT and PAN.
Partnership Deed for partnership firms, and Memorandum & Articles of Association for companies.
Self-attested copy of MSME (UAN)/SSI/IM, if applying under the Manufacturer category.
Self-attested copy of GST certificate (not applicable for Micro Associate Membership).
Self-attested copies of personal PAN, Passport, and Aadhar of Proprietor/Partner/Director.
For merchant exporters, in addition to the above documents, the following is required:
Chartered Accountant's Certificate verifying the Export Turnover or Domestic Turnover of GJEPC's products over the past two years.
