had some thinky thoughts with the Redux AU (yes I'm still working on it yes I'm still writing AUS8 I'VE BEEN BUSY OKAY), mainly with just the base forms. Charmix gets more or less a minor update, Glamourix gets to be an actual design change even if minor, and Enchantix is just the wings because if I don't spite Enchantix at every opportunity who even am I lmao. fairly simple, I ain't in the mood of doing full blown new bases, so yeah!

Let’s go, Magic Winx!

To any of y’all that are surprised, no you are not. we both know damn well this is an almost yearly occurence lmao. I won’t bore you with the details but the big disclaimer is “no, the actual story of the AU isn’t getting rebooted, I just want to retouch the designs as I always do”. CAN’T PROMISE THIS’LL BE THE LAST TIME BUT HEY LMAO.

The only main change is that Glamourix now adds the bag (which holds Essence Dust, the first taste of it) and adds details to the wings. Glamourix remains the actual level required to obtain higher transformations, of course. This is mainly just some color adjustments and not much else, really! This is your yearly reminder that I’m a Pink Bloom Stan. I also wanted to play it a bit looser with my previous design guidelines for the first 2 forms. Not much else to say but enjoy, I guess?

Finally stopped putting it off and redid the Trix to be in line with the new designs! Starting with their Charmix and Glamourix, which I think is the first time I’ve drawn them in this form? I wanted their designs to call back partially to both their original civilian and witch looks. Darcy’s Solarian mark has once again been moved, and it’s now on her forehead. The Trix use their Glamourix during S1 as part of their formal education in CT, as their Believix form was never officially registered in order to keep their identities as the Trix hidden for a bit longer. Once the cover’s blown they use Believix full time, which will be coming soon! As a final refresher (and in case the alt text doesn’t show), their titles are Witch of Polar Ice, Witch of the New Moon, Witch of Thunderstorms.

They both take a bit more after their canon forms outfit-wise, but still a bit touched up. Very happy with how Roxy ended up particularly lol
