Meunster

Provolone

Garlic & Herb goat cheese

Cheesy Gordita Crunch

Swiss

Mozzarella

Anything else

I cut the cheese on a daily basis.  The moon used to be made out of cheese until about 1919, when it was ret-conned to being made out of  moon rocks in the Treaty of Versailles.
