The matchday programme - Leeds United v Ipswich Town 23/12/2023
Seeing what Vinicius is going through brings back some terrible memories of what Lukaku went through both recently and a few years ago. A few weeks ago whilst playing for Inter he got racially abused AGAIN but unlike with Vini, nothing was done to help him. A couple of years back when he had his first stint at Inter, he was racially abused and his OWN CLUB'S FANS wrote an online message telling him it's normal and not a big deal and they do that to put him off. When Moise Kean was racially abused a couple of years before that for juventus, his OWN TEAMMATE, BONUCCI, who so many on this hellsite had the audacity to send me hate to defend him because they idolise him because he's Italian, said some of the blame lies with him just because he dances. When the world cup in Russia happened and Ozil spoke out about the islamaphobia he received, the German national team rejected his experiences. Then during lockdown when he spoke out about the uyghur muslims whilst playing in England for arsenal, he was dropped because China refused to show arsenal matches. Spartan Prague during and after a europa league match racially abused Glen Kamara because he accidentally injured their player and even held up banners with the n word and last year he said he still receives racial abuse from them. There's so many more incidents that is too painful for me to share, but what's happened with Vini is not just a Spanish issue. It happens all across European football this level of racism that the west likes to act like happened a long time ago.

The fact that it was thousands of CHILDREN who were booing Glen Kamara who was racially abused, most likely by their families shows how racism is something that is taught
