To say this year has been a whirlwind would be an understatement, and on this day one year ago, I read a headline I never thought could be true. The loss of Glenn Frey marked the end of an era and brought me to the shocking realization that being a classic rock fan means having to carry on the legacy of a music after a person is gone. He was only the first artist I admired that we lost in 2016, but it was the most difficult. It meant the end of the Eagles and the legend that was Glenn. Thank you for the music, for it lives on.
