((Okay, okay, okay. c: A boy passes through the park and finds the most absurd thing; a door in a tree. When he opens it, there's a muffin shop. It's the most impossible thing, but there's the prompt. Enjoy.

It was a long day. A tough day. The teachers didn’t go easy on the homework at all, and I still had a lot of chores to do when I get home. To make it worse, it looked like it was going to rain soon. I stopped by a bus stop to rest for a little while, because I missed the bus and now I have to walk home because my parents won’t be back until late tonight.

Sighing and glancing over, I noticed the weirdest thing — there appeared to be a doorknob on the tree over there? Odd. Nobody else seems to notice it either. Suppose I can take a break for a second and go check it out. Most likely though, it’s nothing. Walking cautiously, I reached over turned the doorknob, and… nothing but blackness. It looked like it went on too deep down to just be a tree. I was about to give up and go back to the bus station, when suddenly I felt a strong force on my back as someone pushed me in. Then, nothing.

The place I woke up in was brightly lit. A little dingy, but looking around, it looked like a bakery of some sort… wait, am I in one of the booths? When did I get here? Trying to rack through my head for possibilities, I came up with nothing. I was pushed into a tree, but what kind of tree leads to a muffin shop? This is ridiculous!

I was about to get up, but I noticed suddenly I wasn’t able to move. I couldn’t control any of my body’s actions, either. Involuntarily looking up and surveying the place once again, I noticed it was empty. I was the only one here. It’s old looking too, like it hasn’t been used in years.

Suddenly, my neck snapped over to the right. Outside was dark and looked like the forest went on for miles.. looking even closer, I noticed something. My reflection.

It wasn’t me.
