ive been listening to a lot of ppls testimonies of leaving their high control cults and its embarrassing how much the sect my mom belonged/belongs to has in common with all of them. obviously it was never as restrictive bc i feel like itd be WAY. harder to get that unnoticed by law in poland,but god. lol. lmao even. the shunning. the "people of the world" thing. the woman must be submissive to her husband no matter what. the constant shameeeeeee and the obvious hierarchy. i am normal
