This weekend I had the pleasure to attend the 5th Annual Global Surgery Symposium, hosted virtually by University of Utah! Besides the great lectures about global surgery and global health, I was able to speak to other med students from around the world about our personal stories and motivations, and also I had the opportunity to know more about neurosurgery from great doctors! It was an amazing experience!
