She has the spirit of a Sentai Red/Precure Pink. She believes that fighting should come after you've tried to convince your opponent to be friends instead. She's lesbian for her best friend. She's simultaneously the strongest and stupidest girl in the universe. She's cheated death more times than she can count. Her singing voice is gorgeous and so is her magical girl transformation sequence. She was bequeathed the power to fight and resisted discouragement from her grieving comrade, Tsubasa. She was trained by a buff guy who's addicted to martial arts movies and doesn't believe in limits. She's babygirl. She's Everything. Her ultimate power is yoinking other peoples' self-sacrifices and putting them on the top shelf so no one gets hurt. She cooked Beef Stroganoff. She punched a hole through the (former) second-tallest mountain. She's been to space. She downloaded a Gungnir. And of course, she gets SO HUNGRY after fighting =D 

Hibiki Tachibana's a tokusatsu protagonist: chipper, strong, has 2 brain cells, and puts both of them into making new friends. She sings her transformation sequence. Her voice is her magic and it also counts as her finisher. She defies what the show believes is possible like it's just another Tuesday and then survives to hug her best friend slash crush Miku (they go to boarding school together) after the season finale battles. Hibiki gets a lot of flack for sticking to her morals but she fights for a world where everyone can live peacefully together. I'm sure someone has a compilation of her best transformation sequences somewhere.

The thing that matters most to her is seeing the shooting stars with her girlfriend!

Out of the main 5 characters in PMMM, she’s been a magical girl the longest and often takes the time to mentor new magical girls and save others from Witches

She finds friends in the main cast and leaves a lasting impact on all of them with her actions and kind personality in multiple series, even beyond Madoka Magica

Did I mention that she can use ribbons and rifles? Because she does.
