13km on road for me this morning. First decent run I’ve had in a long time although I’m feeling wiped after it. I have a 30km race on Sunday which I’m not feeling remotely ready for! 😳

Had an amazing time zip lining and repelling with the girls. This was my 2nd time doing this in Cabo and it was even more exhilarating than the first, and yes I brought my own photographer! 😝 ..... I planned for two more runs this week, but I’ve caught a chest cold and Mother Nature has dumped a crapload of snow on my town. So, I had to suck it up and sledge instead 😎😎😎 Slightly concerned as the 10K in London is next Sunday and I’ve only ran 7.5 km so far, this was going to be a good few days of training, but I’m sure I’ll get through it .... 😬

4 mi this morning on a super windy day (I had to keep my head down when running against the wind, otherwise I couldn't breathe 😊). But very sunny, perfect temperature (low 60s). But... I officially need new shoes. My beloved Nike Fitsole are giving me foot pain now (I kept thinking it was other stuff... not streching enough, going uphill, but it's the shoes; my feet hurt now on the same routes I used to run with no pain). I wish I could find the same model, but I've read Nike doesn't make this model anymore...
